ExoMist M4000 / M8000 Mist Collectors
The ExoMist M4000 and M8000 mist collectors are higher-capacity mist collection units for machine tool applications that require greater airflow. The M4000 supports airflow up to 2,350 CFM, while the M8000 supports airflow up to 4,700 CFM.
Precision360 offers these mist collectors as part of complete engineered mist collection systems from MP Systems. Each system can be configured around the machine layout, coolant application, airflow requirement, mounting approach, duct routing, and baffle design.

Complete Engineered Mist Collection Kits
Mist collection performance depends on proper sizing, duct routing, baffle design, and installation consistency. MP Systems can provide the collector, adjustable hard duct, baffle, mounting hardware, and supporting components needed for a complete mist collection installation.
Hard Duct and Baffle Advantage
Flexible hose can sag, restrict airflow, create low spots where coolant collects, and shorten filter life. MP Systems adjustable hard duct helps create a cleaner, more consistent installation with better routing control and fewer field-fit issues.
A properly sized baffle helps slow airflow at the collector inlet so the system pulls in mist instead of larger coolant droplets. This helps protect the filters and reduce unnecessary maintenance.
